I 25 convocati per la Gran Bretagna 7 per Rio 2016

Simon Amor l'head coach della Gran Bretagna a 7 ha nominato il gruppo di 25 giocatori che prepareranno le Olimpiadi di Rio 2016, tra i convocati ci sono degli specialisti di rugby a 7 e giocatori del 15 come Cory Allen (Cardiff Blues), Mark Bennett (Glasgow Warriors), James Davies (Scarlets), Ollie Lindsay-Hague (Harlequins), Joe Simpson (Wasps) and Marcus Watson (Newcastle Falcons).

In preparazione all'Olimpiade due rappresentative inglesi parteciperanno a quattro tornei della Rugby Europe Sevens Series, nella fattispecie Moscow (4-5 giugno), Exeter (9-10 luglio) and Gdynia (16-17 luglio) e ovviamente al Sevens and the City at Allianz Park (2 luglio).
