Maa Nonu eletto miglior giocatore All Blacks del 2015
Il centro degli All Blacks Maa Nonu (1,82 m x 106 kg) è stato nominato miglior giocatore neo zelandese del 2015. Lex Hurricanes ora in forza al Tolone in Top14 batte la concorrenza dei compagni di squadra Daniel Carter (già premiato Player of the year 2015), del tallonatore Dane Coles e dellutility back Ben Smith. Nonu ha avuto nel 2015 un'annata fantastica sia in Super Rugby, da quando dai Blues è tornato agli Hurricanes, sia con gli All Blacks con i quali ha raggiunto ai Mondiali i 100 caps.
Tra gli altri atleti premiati della serata Akira Ioane vince il premio di miglior giovane, George Moala miglior giocatore di ITMCup, Lima Sopoaga miglior giocatore del Super Rugby e Nehe Milner-Skudder miglior maori.
